OUR CLIENTS:
We know that a life-threatening diagnosis affects those close to the patient as much as it does the actual patient. Therefore, Hearts~n~Hands members are dedicated to assisting not only the cancer patient, but also the friends, families, and caregivers of the patient. For these reasons our clients are typically referred to us by:

- American Cancer Society, Harrisburg, PA
Our hands-on services are provided locally in the Central PA area. However, we assess each case needs individually and have been able to assist several clients in the surrounding counties.
OUR MEMBERS:
Our members consist of local and caring volunteers. Many are cancer survivors or have been touched by a cancer diagnosis of a loved one. They assist patients and clients by sending thoughtful notes, accompanying to a difficult appointment, tending to daily household chores, relating their own personal experiences, etc.
